True to the Marque's values in terms of driving pleasure, the new Peugeot 308 seeks also to preserve its leadership in terms of road holding. The features that make the 308 a reference are maintained:

power steering with variable assistance piloted by an electro-pump unit;
large disc brakes (ventilated at the front) - up to 302 x 26 mm;
ABS, electronic brake force distribution, emergency brake assist and automatic
switching on of hazard warning lights as standard;
